The campaign was launched against the backdrop of a booming Southeast Asian CRM market, projected to reach $2.6 billion by 2027 with a CAGR of 8.2%. As businesses globally pivot toward customer-centric models, CRM systems have become the backbone of customer satisfaction and digital transformation.

Furthermore, the rise of "Mobile-First" has emerged as a dominant megatrend. Mobile apps are no longer just an add-on but a core product strategy for any forward-thinking enterprise.

In response to these market dynamics, Getfly rolled out a major upgrade to the Getfly CRM App, featuring breakthrough enhancements. The campaign was strategically designed to:
- Educate and re-engage existing users regarding the app’s significant feature updates.
- Acquire new market share by attracting SMEs and micro-businesses looking for modern management tools.

Our First Impression

Our first impression: This was Getfly’s largest campaign in many years; therefore, the company faced numerous challenges due to the lack of a clear product USP and a methodical execution strategy. In particular, Vietnamese business owners faced significant barriers regarding the use of mobile apps for business management and concerns over data security. Consequently, this was the greatest challenge that Getfly encountered.
