The Context
Recognizing that SMEs in Vietnam still struggle with storing, managing customer data, and after-sales service, the Getfly CRM solution was created to target:
- Customers who are owners/managers of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Vietnamese market, primarily in trading/commercial businesses (not suitable for manufacturing enterprises).
- Customers facing issues in managing and caring for clients, as well as operating all-in-one sales activities and internal business management.
- Those prioritizing cost-effectiveness, requiring on-site implementation support, and being particularly sensitive to data security.
- Target Audience (TA) Concerns:
- Primarily office workers with refined taste who need alertness to focus and love a rich coffee brand that is easy to grab-and-go or order online.
- They view "going for coffee" as more than just a drink—it's a way to find balance (healing) and enjoy the small moments in life.
- Brand Offering: Bottled coffee products made from Arabica beans with a pleasant, light aroma. Chạm's bottles are inspired by "fresh" coffee, tasting just as if it were prepared and enjoyed at the shop. For those who prioritize convenience, authentic flavor, and a unique style of enjoyment, this is a must-have. The coffee is concentrated, allowing customers to add ice or water to their liking.
- Content Approach:
- Storytelling style: Gentle and interactive, with content often leaning towards essay-like prose - poetic and emotional. Each post is like a monologue about Hanoi, the seasons, or the guests who stop by.
- Subtle Engagement: Avoided aggressive or sensational Calls to Action (CTAs). Instead, used delicate, familiar invitations, like those from an old friend.
